About
Sarah is a fine artist from Hertfordshire. She has a BA Hons in Fine Art from Southampton University and is a qualified Art teacher.
Sarah is a member of The Herts Visual Arts Society. She has exhibited since 2020 in Hertfordshire galleries such as The Collective Gallery, St Albans Museum and Gallery, Ayot St Lawrence, The Broadway Gallery, The Courtyard Gallery and most recently in St Marylebone Art Space, London.
Her work is figurative and her style is realistic with elements of abstraction. Sarah has a passion for oil painting which began with large paintings of her children swimming and figures at the beach. She has recently started to paint wildlife in water such as tigers swimming.

“I love painting light and colour, and I am inspired by artists such as David Hockney. My theme of water came about when I got a new waterproof camera that could photograph underneath the surface as well as above. I love how the water refracts the light creating abstract patterns.”
Commissions
The Commission Process Consultation: 1. Begin with a consultation where we discuss your ideas, preferred size, colour palette, and any specific elements you wish to incorporate into the painting. 2. Share your good quality reference photos. 3.Pay 50% deposit of the overall price. I will begin translating your vision onto canvas. 4.Updates and Feedback: At the half way point, I will share a progress update and welcome your feedback to ensure the painting aligns with your expectations. 5.Completion and collection. After 4-6 weeks and adequate drying time you can collect your painting.​​
